If I have learned anything from doing this blog so far, it's that some people's tattoos 'shine in'. They have only a meaning to the person who 'wears' them. Other people's tattoos 'shine out' and send a message to the world. While some tattoos do both.

Some people say diamonds are forever, but diamonds can be lost or stolen, a tattoo will be with you for life, always close to you. It is the ultimate portrayal of love therefore, to get someone's name etched into your skin, but often love goes wrong and a person is then left with a tattoo that only serves to remind them of a time they may wish to forget, or at least leave in the past. Many current day 'celebs', I use the term loosely, have been through this, Johnny Depp famously had 'Winona Forever' changed into 'Wino Forever' while Angelina Jolie has had laser surgery to fully remove her ex-lover's name.
